-OUR CANCELLATION POLICY-
If you need to change or cancel your booking please email the restaurant: email@example.com or call 09 3099 273.
Please note that the cancellation must be requested 24 hours prior to the reservation time otherwise cancellation charges may apply.
To make a booking on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday we require a credit card pre-authorisation via the secure Stripe payment platform. Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking
Mela reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the degustation Menu chosen when the booking was done per head when one of the following conditions has been met:
1. Booking is canceled within 24 hours.
2. Guests do not show up for the reservation (bookings will be considered a no-show after 30 minutes)
3. Party size is less than the original booking by 2 or more guests without notice.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the registered card on file and the person responsible for the booking will be notified by email. Card details are held securely.
